Tahnee Leese is our Homes at the River, eXp Realty, team’s newest agent! She became a licensed agent this year on St. Patrick’s Day, wearing green, and knows that it is a good sign of lucky things to come for her and her real estate clients! Tahnee always has a smile on her face and everyone falls in love with her bubbly personality as soon as they meet her. She considered several real estate opportunities, but quickly knew she wanted the experience of working with a seasoned realtor and excellent brokerage, that would have the connections, reputation, and knowledge to get her to where she wanted to be.
She has been coming to Lake Havasu her entire life in fact, she even took her first steps out here! A boater since she was 6 weeks old, it is her favorite thing, (aside from selling homes) to do! She is a busy single, widowed mom of 9-year-old Maddox, who loves wrestling. They also enjoy desert life with off roading, riding quads and dirt bikes, camping and hitting up all the local events and concerts that Havasu is famous for. This girl knows her community and is so fun, helpful, and such a valuable resource of information!
She joins us with over 10 years of business management experience in construction with an emphasis on concrete and pool construction and several years of sales experience. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from San Diego State University, in 2009, with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management.
She has many roles on our team, making sure all our clients’ needs are taken care of! No detail is too small, and she tackles each purchase, sale, or project with a positive, caring attitude. She takes it personal, to be sure that each clients transaction flows seamlessly, and is extremely well organized. She keeps the communication flowing between all the parties involved in the transaction and documents are on point.
